## API versioning and limits

Use only `/api/v1/` endpoints for new integrations. A breaking change will be released under a new major URL version, such as `/api/v2/`; v1 will remain available until a published deprecation date. The older unversioned `/api/agent-info` and `/api/services` routes are compatibility aliases that are deprecated now and will sunset on February 28, 2027. Their responses include `Deprecation` and `Sunset` headers pointing agents to the stable contract.

No authentication is required. The API allows 60 requests per IP per hour. Every API response includes `RateLimit-Limit`, `RateLimit-Remaining`, `RateLimit-Reset`, and `RateLimit-Policy`. On HTTP 429, wait for the number of seconds in `Retry-After` before retrying. Error bodies are JSON with an error code, message, and resolution hint.

Do not use the read-only API to submit leads or treat its content as binding pricing, legal, lending, or property-condition advice. Ask the person to submit the appropriate form so Daniel's team can review the property and respond directly.
